The Heart Attack & Stroke Prevention Center is not contracted with insurance companies, however many of the structural and laboratory tests are covered by health insurances. Reimbursement depends on the individuals plan. Each situation is considered unique and handled on a one-on-one basis. Our office recommends that you contact your insurance carrier to see what your out-of-network benefits are.
